Steps for Changing Mobile Number in Emirates ID
Visit ICA Smart Services Website: https://beta.smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html
Enter your current nationality as it appears on your Emirates ID card.
Select File Type.
Enter the File Number.
Your UAE Visa file number is written right above your passport number on your resident visa. Residents of Dubai must enter their file numbers using the three Sections Numbers. Residents of other emirates must continue with the four Sections Numbers.
Fill in your Emirates ID Number.
Enter your full name as printed on your Emirates ID Card.
The Arabic name fills in automatically.
Enter your passport number.
Select your Date of Birth.
Select the date of your last entry into UAE.
Enter your email address.
When you’ve finished filling out the form, a new one will appear below it, asking for your phone number and a valid address.
Select the option “registered mobile number” and enter your new mobile number.
In order to verify your mobile phone number, you will now receive a one-time password (OTP). Verify the number and click on “Proceed” to continue.
On the next page, you’ll go over your application and double-check all of your information. After reviewing all information you entered click on “Continue.”
You will be directed to the payment page. The fee for changing the mobile number linked with your Emirates ID is AED 52.10.
Following payment completion, you will receive an email with an attached invoice for the payment you made, and your mobile number associated with your Emirates ID will be updated within 3 – 7 days.
